Where do the numbers come from?

Field times we cite: name 3.5 s, email 6.5 s, phone 5.0 s, address 7.4 s (Zuko). Textarea 45 s and file upload 60 s are estimates. We also cite Baymard on field count and HubSpot / Zarrella on field types. We do not promise a specific uplift for your organization.

Sample report

The sample we use in tests is a synthetic community food-pantry form, not a named real organization.

Privacy

Pasted structure can be scored without storing a file. Uploads we keep for a shareable report are deleted with the report (about 30 days). Filled-in applications with applicant data are rejected and deleted immediately.

What to do with your score

Fix the top items yourself: move sensitive questions off the first step, cut extra fields, replace tiny dropdowns.
