When you create an account, we collect your organization name, admin name, and email address. When volunteers submit applications through forms you create, we store the data they provide (name, contact info, and form responses) on behalf of your organization.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide the ApplyToVolunteer service: managing volunteer application forms, processing submissions, and facilitating background checks when requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored in encrypted databases. We use HTTPS for all data in transit and follow industry-standard security practices. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Organization administrators can export or delete volunteer data through the dashboard. To make a request, contact us at the email below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your session and protect against cross-site request forgery. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection during account creation. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
